At Haven, we value transparency, fairness, and respect for both our clients and our practitioners. The following refund policy outlines how cancellations, missed appointments, and program changes are handled.

Retreats, Workshops & Group Programs

Due to advance planning, venue commitments, and limited capacity:

  • Retreat and program deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific program agreement.

  • If a retreat or group program is cancelled by Haven, participants will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer their registration to a future program or receive a credit.

Refund eligibility and timelines may vary by program and will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.

Insurance & Third-Party Billing

  • Participants are responsible for submitting claims to their insurance provider.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services that are later denied by insurance.

  • Please verify coverage prior to booking.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. Requests for consideration due to medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, though approval is not guaranteed.​

Payment Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
