About the event
Animal Advocates Nervous System Retreat
A restorative day created for those who care deeply.
As animal advocates, we willingly open our hearts to the suffering of others. We witness injustice, navigate difficult conversations, and carry the emotional weight of advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves. While this work is deeply meaningful, it can also leave our nervous systems feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected.
This psychologist-led retreat was created to offer something back to the people who give so much.
Join us for a five-hour restorative experience designed specifically for animal advocates. Together, we'll explore how advocacy can impact the nervous system and learn practical, evidence-informed strategies to support regulation, resilience, and well-being.
Whether you're actively involved in advocacy, volunteering, sanctuary work, or simply carrying the emotional weight of caring deeply for animals, this retreat offers a compassionate space to pause, reconnect, and restore.
