About the event
The Restoration Weekend is a 2-night, 3-day trauma-informed restorative retreat held in the mountains of Canmore, Alberta and hosted at Everwild Canmore.
This retreat is designed for individuals who are feeling stretched, depleted, or in need of intentional rest, whether from ongoing stress, burnout, life transitions, or simply the pace of everyday life. Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing through, The Restoration Weekend offers a carefully held space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and support nervous system regulation in a safe and grounded way.
Facilitated by a Registered Psychologist, the retreat integrates therapeutic group facilitation with trauma-informed yoga, guided Yoga Nidra, and intentional periods of rest. Programming is spacious and invitational, allowing participants to engage at their own pace while remaining supported within a professional and psychologically safe space.
